Elk Grove Bozeman Montana Neighborhood Overview
The Bozeman subdivision Elk Grove was originally developed by Elk Grove and its related entity, Concinnity, LLC, in the early 2000s. It is approved for four phases, three of which are complete, with the fourth being undeveloped as of 2020. It is a beautiful area with views of the Bridger Mountains to the north and the Spanish Peaks and the Gallatin Range to the South and Southwest.
The neighborhood is just off the Gallatin road (Highway 191) a little south of the Four Corners. Just 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman it provides a refuge from the busier downtown core providing quick access to Big Sky ski resort (about 50 minutes on Highway 191) and many other outdoor recreation activities.

Housing in the Elk Grove subdivision consists of approximately 300 single-family homes built in the early 2000s. These are largely custom homes in many different styles. Many of the homes have basements, which is relatively unique in the Bozeman area. The neighborhood is laid out with plenty of room for recreation, including walking trails interlaced throughout the neighborhood.

Elk Grove is located slightly south of Four Corners in Bozeman Montana. A quick trip north on Gallatin road and east on Huffine will bring you downtown. Alternately there’s a quick backroad that will also lead you to West Bozeman on Blackwood road.

As we mentioned earlier, there is ample opportunity to walk around the neighborhood with walking trails between different neighborhood sections. There’s also a wonderful park with a swimming pond and a playground. You’ll also find basketball courts and a sand volleyball pit. In the winter, you can find families ice skating and playing hockey on the frozen pond.

The Elk Grove Neighborhood HOA in Bozeman, MT has their own website with key information on the neighborhood including covenants, design guidelines, by laws and meeting minutes from the regular homeowner meetings. You can also pay your homeowner dues from the site (they link to the payment portal). The current fees are roughly $275 paid twice yearly.
